  I Create My Own Natural Blends

I often use organic cold pressed oils and essential oils for their therapeutic benefits.  Most of my sport's rub, sport's soak, foot scrubs and liniments  are personally made by me. I don't put harsh chemicals and preservatives into my products because these things can be absorbed through the skins. Might as well use the knowledge that came with the degree ☺
